While on the phone with our technician you can click on the "Show My PC" link below. This will run a program on your computer which allows us to remotely view, work on, and control your PC. When the dialogue box opens, please select the "Run" option and allow or unblock any other dialogues.


The following screen should then display.
Please click the "Show My PC Now" button and follow your technician's instructions. We will then be able to service your PC remotely!

Remote support is provided at a rate of $20.00* for the first 30 minutes and $7.50* for every 15 minutes thereafter.
